Dr. Rosenberg is a graduate of Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine.
