TruPlace uses a network of gig/contract photographers, and do not have a brick and mortar location (their mailing address is a UPS Store...). By my experience and observation, they are part time photographers who lack the skill and experience to be full time photographers. They cancelled my last and final appointment with them, two hours prior to the appointment.
