One star is too much for this dental practice. If you look carefully at their website, you will see they are members of a dental society, not the American Dental Association. Don’t be fooled by new buildings and nice interiors as these people are wolves in sheep’s clothing. They are very expensive for the inadequate work they produce. After my experience with his dental office, I wouldn’t trust them to clip my toenails. The dentist panicked during an extraction procedure and walked out of the room twice having the assistant hold a suction hose in my mouth for over 10 minutes each time. Each visit resulted in equipment not working. The two women dentists in this office whose names are hard to pronounce have not been practicing dentistry too long and are relatively inexperienced. They have a corporation backing them financially and it’s all about the money not the pride in dentistry that you’d expect from a privately owned dental practice. Their website is a sales brochure, a jack of all trades and master of none. I called the office during off hours for an RX pain killer, and no one returned my call. The only calls I received were appointment reminders. As a new patient, after the dentist set up my treatment plan, they kept me seated in the dental chair with the napkin around my neck and sent in high pressure salespeople. First question, how much money do you have? The girls in this dental practice are all overworked, under paid and very angry. It is not a personalized office, you’re only an entry on their balance sheet. They are nasty and not at all helpful. I can go on and on about this lousy dental office but will end by saying that after many years of quality dental care and just moving into this area, Traditional Parkway Dental was a mistake for me. Read all the reviews very carefully and the good reviews are by staff and their friends and family. Don’t be fooled. Read at all the negative reviews and then make your decision. The negative reviews are real, the positive reviews are mostly fake in my humble opinion.
