The quality of the work is good however the way the office is run is terrible. Service call set up from 1-5. showed up at 4:30 and then said they did not have time to perform the work so they left. I made it clear that i approved the work to be done that day and did not want to be charged for another 100 dollar service call. i witnessed the tech call the office to ask permission to which they said no. i assumed that meant the service charge was dropped for that day as they scheduled to come back another day - it was not. I understand how time blocks work but i don't agree with having to pay for an extra day because they could not get to my house in time would not recommend them to anyone Again the tech was very knowledgeable and performed the work well - office practices need to be changed
