PLEASE train your staff on how to read numbers provided by Insurance Company!!! When the FAMILY out of pocket for the YEAR is met, that means each and every person in the FAMILY has met their out of pocket for the year! And when the patient/customer tells them they have it incorrect, DO NOT continue telling them they have to pay the over $300 NOW. Instead, allow person to fill out paperwork while staff calls Insurance to get verification that the patient is NOT LYING!! I have never been treated so terribly and humiliated at any medical facility as this one!
