I had a personal loan thru them, and this January 2023 I had to go in and update my paperwork, which I did, needless to say I made all payments on time, but come April 2023 I went to purchase something's at store and my card was declined! Well they had took their normal payment out on the first (now mind you I live on a fixed income and raising 2 grandchildren) so on the 2nd they pulled the full money of loan out leaving me 400.00 negative in my account! Never once did the indicate they were going to do so!!! I feel like they robbed me! I felt so violated, now I'm having to beg borrow to make my bills for this month! They are PREDITORS!!!! They feel you in and then Rob you of it all!
