HORRIBLE- not only do they never tell you that they will be charging you a HIGH monthly fee, but you also have to pay a ton of money for a therapist. Then when you find out you cancel, they still charge you even after they promised you they wouldn't charge you. Thank god I had this all in writing. I went to my bank and uploaded all the documents and proof and my bank believes me and what I was told. SCAMMY! Shameful. What is even worse, the directors of their company have no empathy or tact. In fact, they are downright rude and care more about themselves. Don't bother. Check your health care provider and see if they have teladoc, you can get free therapy that way.
