I am a current client of Tapella and Eberspacher law firm. I have signed contracts with attorney Dan Jones. And I want to make people aware of the unprofessional conduct this attorney has treated me with and has failed to perform his duties. I have over 30 emails since January that went unanswered phone calls that would not be returned or if he does call he calls for ablocked or unavailable number. I signed contracts with him in February to handle a case that has not moved forward at all he has not even filed the case in the courts has he told me he was going to 10 months ago. And then when you confront him about your concerns of his inadequate he scold you me for sitting too many emails when I finally had his attention. Dan Jones unprofessionalism cannot be taken lightly I do not have the confidence or the trust in this attorney nor should you is misled me on every aspect of my cases he has failed to appear on my behalf has agreed to do so he has failed to act on behalf of myself has he has agreed to do so and when you ask him why he can't give you an answer other than he turns on you and makes me to be the problem when I'm just a client and I'll be more than happy to share my emails with anybody who wants to see them so you can see these are just simple legal assisted questions that I needed help with that he did not even take the time or that concern to help his own client
