It's cult-y. If you want a gym where you'll feel comfortable and normal this is not the gym for you. This isn't a gym for beginners or people who want to casually workout. It's a gym for bodybuilders and power lifters. It will make you feel unsupported, intimidated, uncomfortable, judged, pressured to pay for a trainer (who use BRO SCIENCE), and insecure. BONUS it's full of meatheads on steroids all of which reflect the type of person the owner is. It used to be much more chill before they moved. They lost a ton of regulars because of the following: This is the epitome of a bro gym. *Bros grunting and throwing weights around: Check. *Explicit music playing way to loud: Check *Women (and men) constantly taking videos of themselves because they're "influencers": Check. *Bros sweating all over the place and not cleaning their equipment after: Check *Overpriced bs supplements: Check. *People not putting any weights or plates away or in the right order: Check. *Cringey gym lingo like "LETS GO" "building szn" or "pump cover": Check. However, if you want body dysphoria, an eating disorder, a new obsession about how you look or how much you lift, or an addiction this is the gym for you.
