The Jerk Kings opened in 2014 as a food truck operation specializing in Caribbean cuisine and serving the Central Oregon community. We featured such menu items as grilled jerk chicken, slow-cooked jerk pork and pan-seared jerk shrimp.
In order to supply our busy food trucks, we would create our own, freshly made jerk marinade and sauce on a weekly basis. This became very popular with our customers, leading to the idea of bottling our products.
