There must have been a miscommunication. I was expecting Superior to replace a toilet for $105 installation fee. When they arrived they wanted to do a diagnostic review, which I thought unnecessary. They then quoted me $2,300 to fix water heaters, PRV valve, nicked pipe and install one toilet. Interesting that they were suggesting repairs on equipment that was less than three years old. They said a toilet installation would be $575. That is a great hourly rate. We had the job done in less than an hour by another plumber for $120. We will not use Superior again.
