Unethical! They take admin access to your quickbooks account, but when a business owners simply and rightfully asks for their own admin access and asks why they caused us to be locked out of our own account, they then say they want to part ways immediately, and then charge you again for "accounting services" even though we were already just charged on the regular monthly billing schedule. This means they executed an arbitrary charge as "accounting services" which wasn't actual accounting (for they already just charged us and there was no further accounting produced)! Very immature and egotiscitcal. No problem solving fiber in them. THIS IS NOT A TEAM THAT YOU WANT. They just take their ball and go home and leave you to go elsewhere (gladly). In our experience, they are unethical thieves, who have a history of other clients with the same story. May their reputation go before them.
