I will never go to The Eye Center again. The doctors at the Eye Center are good doctors as far as I know, but one of the staff forgot I am the customer and she is the customer service representative. I have Glaucoma, and it is controlled by Lumigan. I had been in the hospital with Covid and after release, I could not find my eye drops. I had used the Eye Clinic back in 2018, and wanted to go back to them, as they are close. My request was simple: Please give me a 30 day supply of Lumigan, and I would set up an appointment. The staff member not only refused, but chastised me being so long since my visit. To be fair, I got a little snarky and said it did not need a lecture, but needed eye drops. She did not even ask the Doctor if he would write a script. It seemed to be more important to "win" the conversation that take care of my health. I still do not have eye drops.
