Sol goes above and beyond for their clients. One example even being their intake process for new clients. They take the time to sit down with the client, understand what they're looking for and then cull a lot of inventory you wouldn't be interested in. It makes for a much less stressful search process. They are a high touch operation that are dedicated to helping get their clients into their dream home!

Whenever problems arose, Mike handled each of them professionally and was always able to find a creative solution. Should we have any real estate needs in the future, Mike will be the first that we call.

Liz and Lance listened to our vision for a life in Santa Cruz and helped us find the perfect home. They are always available to their clients and it's clear they strive to find the best fit! Their honesty, candor, and welcoming personalities made the house buying process fun and comfortable. The support continued for us as they are always the first we call for recommendations around town for house projects (and Lance even lent us some tools when we first moved in)!

Liz and Lance are not your typical realtors. They are hardworking, thorough, and experienced while at the same time being trustworthy , honest, and down-to-earth. Yes, this IS a realtor review! We were pleased enough with them when we bought our house in La Selva Beach that we went back to them when it came time for us to sell it. When they asked how much we were hoping to sell for we gave them a nice round figure which we also thought was a bit over the high end of what we could get realistically. Sure enough, they got it for us. We thought selling our house during the pandemic would be so much more stressful, but with Liz and Lance it really wasn't and we'll always be grateful to them for that.

Lance & Liz were very supportive of us as first time home buyers. They patiently walked us through the process, they guided us to ensure we made decisions that were in our best interest and they have excellent local knowledge (buying a house in the mountains definitely comes with its quirks). Additionally, they were professional yet casual, which made us feel comfortable (i.e. not sales-y or pushy). Even after we closed escrow, they stayed in touch and offered assistance and access to community resources. If we ever decide to sell our home, Lance & Liz will be on speed dial.

Liz and Lance are exceptional realtors. When we were buying our first home, they walked us through all of the details clearly and made us feel comfortable with the process. When stressful things came up, Liz and Lance were supportive and honest in guiding us through it. They were very knowledgeable when we were asking them a million questions, and we knew we could trust them in making the right decision. Liz and Michael are the dream team! They were the absolute best in helping us purchase our first home. During middle of pandemic when mortgage market completely disappeared and everything got 10x more complicated they grinded it out for us to land our first home. Couldn’t recommend any higher!
