After 2 confirmations reminders,I received notice of $ 25. Dollar charge if appointment not kept, Morning of appointment I received another reminder of appointment. After all of this I was at appointment on time ,and 6 patients were in front of me .When I asked how long the wait time was ,I was told unsure how long it would be. A professional office would have notified a patient as a courtesy. Office was overbooked , $ 25. Penalty only applies to patients not Office. Nickel and dime management. Not worth anyone's time.
