As a trained Full Circle Doula by The International Center for Traditional Childbearing (ICTC), I hold the philosophy of deeply caring for families during this transformative and vulnerable experience. I believe it is vital for all women to have constant support available through labor and birth. My goal as a doula is to provide birthing people and their families with a loving and nurturing experience that leads to a place of grounding during the transition from pregnancy to postpartum. I trust deeply in allowing the strength from within oneself to manifest itself through breath, meditation and deep relaxation. My partner is my rock and my two children Iam and Aura are my guiding stars. In my spare time I mentor young people through a non-profit organization called Young Women Empowered.
