I like She's Fit, you have lots of machines. At your North Delta location, my only complaint was last summer the temperature was kept at 70 degrees, which is too warm when exercising. After complaining to the staff and then higher up, they listened, but nothing changed. It should be 68 all summer!

Hi - this is the 2nd time I received this email - I didn’t give you a thumbs before as I really feel that the hours on the weekend need to be extended . I don’t frequent this location too much because of the limited hours on the weekend. I also feel that the TV devices on the cardio need to be updated so that they all work.

???? This last time there were 4 staff working. Previous visit there was only one??? How hard is scheduling? Also Stretch and Core class has changed again, back to previous format of each exercise 12 times, 3 sets. For the past couple years it has been each exercise for a full minute.....

cleanliness wise...all exercise equipment and machines are really dusty. love the gym but my main complaint is the operation hours on the weekend are terrible. N.Delta location should be open until at least 7p on Saturday and at least 7p on Sunday but both days close too early. for members who work on weekends too this is not ideal.

The facilities are good, although many machines are old, not clean and the wear shows. Staff are unfriendly even when you approach them to ask questions.. Non peak times are good for a work out as it doesnt feel as crowded. Wish the operation times of the gym were better as closing on Saturday and sunday so early is inconvenient.
