Horrible customer service! The owner (Tim Budnick) didn't want honor a Craftsman Lifetime Warranty claim. I showed him printed warranty claim instructions that said visit your nearest Sears Hometown Store. He finally took the tool and said he would take care of it. Months later after hearing nothing, I went back to the store. I couldn't call because the store's number (480-816-9775) hasn't worked in months. They had done nothing and the tool was still sitting there. Amanda Halo offered me $45 dollars in craftsman tools, but reneged when she called Tim on her cell phone. Tim only offered $20 in tools. I looked online for a comparable replacement because Craftsman doesn't offer the tool anymore. A comparable item costs several hundred dollars. I doubt this store will be in business much longer. Would you trust doing business with a store that doesn't even have a working phone?
