Jeff Schultz, owner
Even as a child Jeff was working to get more interest on his credit union account. He likes working with people too, and no profession combines his interests quite like helping his clients meet their financial planning and retirement income goals.
In a small town people talk, and that’s something Jeff’s counting on. He’s built his business based on word of mouth, and knows you have to work hard. He also believes the client comes first. That’s why he’s dedicated his career to making sure the residents of Columbia County and the surrounding area have a competent source for financial information.
As a student, Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Oregon State University, and his Master of Science in personal financial planning from the College of Financial Planning.
When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, Leanna, and his daughter, Olivia, as well as fishing, kayaking, going to the beach, playing with his two Labrador retrievers, woodworking, and gardening.
Janet Barrett, office manager
At our office, Janet warmly welcomes each client who walks through our door or calls. She helps with and tracks service requests and makes sure the office runs smoothly.
Mike Hollomon, agent
Mike specializes in long-term care markets, providing financial strategies for clients nearing or recently moving into long-term care communities. Mike understands government programs for receiving assistance as well as other strategies to help manage the assets for better results.
Shayla Holmes, marketing manager
Shayla is our office’s social media manager, event planner, and office support person.
