Don’t trust them and please don’t buy a used car here. I’m a single mom of 4, bought a car here for $6300. Apparently it had a thorough inspection, I felt like this was a good company and I trusted them. Less than 6 weeks later the check engine light came on, the car has major transmission and electrical issues, and our mechanic said wouldn’t currently pass an emissions test. Despite me contacting Ralph Schomp Nissan and bringing the car to their shop, they refused to look at it, despite one of their sales reps, George, telling me they would. The rep who sold us the car, Mattheus Smit was conveniently no longer working there. The sales manager, Jesse Cooper called me and basically told me to come get the car and there was nothing they would do. I’ve had 2 separate mechanics and 2 shops look at the car and they said there’s no way these issues just transpired in the last 6 weeks having not even driven 1000 miles. So basically Ralph Schomp Nissan either DIDNT do a pre- sale inspection, their pre-sale inspection isn’t worth the paper it is written on or they lied and covered up everything. Whatever happened please be warned and don’t buy from this place, they will scam you and then refuse to admit it.
