Our basement flooded in early May and this "management" company let the water sit for at least 4 days before we heard any response, and after ripping off the baseboards they left the filthy smelly carpet there and became unresponsive aside from some vauge "oh it'll be fixed soon" or empty promises of "next week it should be taken care of" only to once again cease communication and leave us hanging with no information. And when they finally set a scheduled appointment do not expect anyone to show up half the time, or to get enough notice to take off work. Living under the management of this company has caused us far more stress, anxiety and general discomfort in our home than I would wosh in my worst enemy. Not to mention the fact we aren't even getting what we pay for as far as space.Stay away from this company, it has single handedly been the worst renting experience I have experienced in Colorado.
Real property Management has been the most excellent place to rent. Their customer service is amazing. Janine at front desk has always been front on everything I need. Most caring most loving most family oriented. Janine is an outstanding human being. Janine at the pront office always welcomes me and my family with a beautiful smile in her face, always with a remarkable customer service. Janine knows me by name, I don't have to remind her every time I have to go in there who am I. She seems to be a walking computer knows what she's doing very excellent. Thank you real property Management for having such an amazing person like Janine to work for you and be your face of your business. Outstanding !!!
Mila helped us every step of the way —- we live in a different state from our property and Mila never missed a beat. She recommended quite a few things to help us get our place rented and was so patient with all of my requests— we could not be any happier
