After using Charlotte and gave her business for the last 6 months she decided very rude and unprofessional to cut us out just because we don’t need her service every 6 weeks as she demands us..our dog doesn’t need grooming every 6 weeks and we told her in the beginning being a small dog and her hair doesn’t grow so fast..so just because of this Charlotte decided to infinite our messages and after trying to get in touch with her again finally she responded quote “ she can’t schedule another appointment for our dog because she needs to keep her schedule open for 4 -6 weeks recurring her costumers “..so 100 $ every 8 weeks for a 10 lbs dog was not enough for her business..we recommended her in our community which we regret and take back now..we don’t recommend this greedy business with no regards for its costumers!
