We signed up for semi-annual tune-ups when we required service about a month ago. We learned very quickly that a routine preventative service like a tune-up could have prevented a costly service call. Anyway, today our technician, Felipe (Phillip) showed up as scheduled for our first semi-annual tune-up. He checked, tested, cleaned and explained as he methodically went about his business. I learned that he learned his trade over five years in the USMC, and he learned it well! He had everything he needed to do a great job. Thank you, Felipe! Kyle was very personable and professional and was very communicative on the problem of our refrigeration system and electrical system and completed the issue in a timely manner and will use Quick Refrigeration in Yuma again because of the service and professionalism! Thank you again Kyle!
