PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO BECOMING A PATIENTS ••••• Hi, This clinic is one of the most Unprofessional, Unethical & Uncaring clinics I have ever seen. I had to wait 11 months to Actually be Seen by a Physician. In the last 11 months I’ve been seen by two Nurse Assistances, that were very limited on Providing me with the proper medical Treatments. After 11 months, I had to go to Urgent care and was Diagnosed with multiple medical conditions then I was referred to this clinic for IMMEDIATE MEDICAL CARE. However I still could not be seen by any Physicians . I was Scheduled 6 weeks later. Upon Making Multiple Complaints to Providence, Clinic Supervisor & my Health insurance , then I got an appointment with Dr. Cheney Due To A appointment Cancelation. I saw Dr. Cheney one of the Only 2 physicians that are working in this larges clinic. The Appointment went good , Dr. Cheney seemed very Concern and great. However almost 2 weeks after my Visit my Concerns, Medications and more HAS NOT Been Addressed yet!! I have send Multiple Messages though My Chart, YET HAVE NOT GOT MY CONCERNS TAKEN CARE OF. Few days after my Visit with the doctor , I had a fall accident and sprain my toe & my Hip. This happened due to the fact I am still waiting to be prescribed the Appropriate Medications as I had discussed with the Doctor at time of my visit . I contacted them regarding my fall accident, THEY REFERRED ME TO ER?? DI YPU REALLY CONSIDER THIS CLINIC AS A PROFESSIONAL FAMILY MEDICAL CLINIC?? After everything happened to me I sure CAN NOT Do That!! I am among VERY FEW PATIENTS WHO TAKES THE TIME & FEEL OBLIGATED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCES WITH YOU. Please be advised there are businesses out there that Provide Falsifying Reviews/Ratings for some dishonest business, Clinics & more for a set fees. Please be aware & read each individual Reviews to find out how true they are .
