I am an interior designer and have worked with Katie Lehman for the past four years. She is exeptional in every way. She understands and complements my vision, brings fabulous ideas to the table and her product knowledge blows me away! Katie always follows-up and returns calls and emails in a timely manner. Plus she is really fun to work with! I also love Craig!! Awesome customer service.

The staff at ProSource has always gone out of their way to accommodate my clients needs. I would highly recommend them. I can call up Brad or Craig and send in a client and know that they will be taken care of without high pressure sells techniques.

I have been in the remodel and repair business for over 40 years and ProSource of Tempe is one of the BEST flooring advisors, suppliers and customer service based businesses I have every worked with. I personally work with Gina Strzok as my advisor, but every employee at Tempe's showroom from the General Manager, Rick Schildgen to the Warehouse Manager, John Clark, is willing to go out of their way and make a special effort on your part. It was an absolute pleasure working with with Betsy Potter at Prosource in Tempe. Betsy helped me pick out the best carpet for my home, to fit my budget and my lifestyle, using a cell pone photo of existing flooring to work with. It seemed a bit overwhelming choosing a carpet color and pattern from such a large selection at first, but as soon as we established a color and type of carpet that best suited my needs and matched the existing laminate, Betsy sought a perfect fit for my home . Thank you Betsy for putting me at ease with your professionalism and knowledge and making this a memorable and pleasant shopiing experience.
