We recently purchased flooring and carpet from Prosource. We found Renee to be extremely professional, well versed in the products offered and over the top helpful!! We had a problem with our order - our error as we have radiant floor heating-and had to make changes to our original order late in the process.Renee was amazing-she was calm even though I was crazed. Renee was able to help us locate the perfect product for our heated floors. We are extremely happy with Prosource. Great selection and amazing prices. We recommend Prosource.

I was greeted with a smile and welcome . I asked to speak with Phil, but he was at lunch would be right back. A very friendly woman showed me what I was looking for and let me browse at my leisure without pressure. When Phil came back, he was extremely helpful and informative about the different flooring I was looking at. I enjoyed my experience at Prosource and would recommend them to everyone.

ProSource of Springfield is the best place to purchase home improvement supplies for any project. Renee is extremely knowledgeable and funny, she delivered my kitchen tiles to my house PERSONALLY! And helped with my purchase every step of the way. Erica is very efficient, knowledgeable and customer oriented, she was great overseeing my kitchen project.
