Stephanie M and her co-workers at Pro Source are amazing! We had to unexpectedly rip out all our carpet and replace it with tile flooring. Stephanie educated us with all our options and she was super patient with us! The tile we selected turned out perfect! They even caught an error on the order I placed, our installer ordered way to much grout- and they were proactive to bring that to our attention before the order went through. (Saving me several hundreds of dollars!) Thank you Stephanie for making this stressful demo super easy!!!!

We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms and worked with Stephanie to design the layout and choose the cabinetry and trim. She really knows here stuff!! We did run into a problem with the cabinets in the kitchen separating at the joints and when I reported it to Stephanie, she immediately came out and assessed the situation and ordered all new cabinet doors. We are talking about approximately 40 doors. It could have been a nightmare but it was not. The new cabinets were shipped to us, a top notch installer installed them and reinstalled our handles all in one day. We have had the new doors in for over a year and they are beautiful. Sometimes there are factory problems but they stood behind the product and resolved it expediently. We also ordered 10" distressed oak flooring for the entire house. It is beautiful and beyond durable which is what we were looking for with animals and kids. I have referred our good friends to Prosource because I was so pleased with the variety and quality of their products but also a great design and installation team. And I must mention that the prices are very fair for the quality. I do not have one negative thing to point out for other's to watch out for. Thanks so much Prosource! It's been a pleasure!

All the account managers and designers are so knowledgeable and friendly, and ProSource has everything we needed to get the job done. It really is "one stop shopping", and makes it so easy for the professionals to have a place to send their clients for what they need for their re-model or new construction. An awesome business, and owner Scott really cares about the satisfaction of his members, customers, ...and his employees! Five stars for ProSource.

Wendie is enjoyable to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. We ordered wood plank laminate, carpeting, and backsplash tile. Product and service were both excellent!

Prosource salesperson suggested we should order a full box of hardwood floor since we had some concern that the sample we had did not match what the real floor would look like. We paid ~$250 which included $75 shipping charge! We were right, the sample did not match the floor in the box we ordered. It was completely different. The salesperson agreed and said the sample was "old"... However when we asked to get our $250 back or credited toward some tile we also wanted to order for abou1 $1,000 the salesperson refused to credit us the $250. She had mentioned that there might be a 30% restocking fee but she even refused that. Because of this I'm going somewhere else to place my $15,000 flooring order.

There is no point going anywhere else. Wendie at Oxnard store is superlative in every aspect of her work and knowledge
