App would not take my payment. I have been calling Email Representative on issues for over a months. Representative is unwilling to give up any more information about the company. Unwilling to take out the late charge Stemming from a problem from last month they failed to take care. I work for the apartment complex live in. App shows payments unmade after deposit from account. Result in the loss of trust wages at my job. Spent three days sending emails For more contact information Never did receive it
