06/06/22 Rachel and staff were rushed. Or do it really seemed. She talks way to much and fast. And does not give much to listening to patient... Me. Her assistant was also rushed... And when I asked about her being in a hurry... She stated that's how she is. This is r not the relaxed, caring health care I want or expect to receive. I'd like to see better. I had a doctor many years ago... Much older gentleman who was calm, not rushed, and seemed to truly listen to my involvement in my healthcare.
I think Rachel as time progresses may become a much better PA if she wants to.
