Philly's Phinest Roofing

I used this company to do my entire roof about 18 months ago. Now the roof is leaking and causing huge damage to my ceiling. When I call them back to repair it. They are not responsive and giving all kinds of reason to not provide me the service. I continued to call, and they don't even pick up my calls anymore. Very very bad service and poor quality. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

You guys call yourself Phillys “Phinest” Roofing?? When you have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! I’m writing this review on the behalf of my Father-In-Law’s house when they promised to come do the Shingles on his roof! And we reached out by phone and let voice messages every time and no answers! They’re so quick to take your money then you won’t ever hear from them again. All we want is our deposit back that way we don’t do any future businesses with your fraudulent company. You’re so quick to take people’s money but don’t come out and do the job?! And you haven’t even tried to come out or even reach out to us for 2-3 months now. We even tried to reach out to the company with the different numbers posted online!!! So explain to us how does that make sense? Because it doesn’t!!! So Eddie, pick up your phone and stop being ignorant for shutting off your phone when you have other customers trying to reach out to you. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!! You only tend to your kind of people. Absurd how they even have good reviews but can’t even do the job. Scammers! They probably pay people to write good reviews when they’re no where in the business category. So pathetic!!
