Real Estate takes me into many different paths. The joy of seeing that smile on the Buyers' face when they know "this is the one"... it's priceless to me! The appreciation from Sellers when the deal closes is wonderful on any transaction. Working with Sellers in a stressful situation due to a short sale, divorce, or any other distressed situation can be an emotional roller coaster. So that feeling of gratitude from them when we close is like a big hug from an old friend. Job done, task complete, let's move forward in life and be happy. And working with Investors to build their real estate portfolio is exciting!
