Pearson Square

We have lived at PS for over 5 years now. I am a mechanical engineer designing commercial HVAC construction projects throughout NOVA. Two years ago we moved into a corner apartment with an open concept and two walls of windows with unending natural light, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, modern appliances, real hardwood floors and a laundry ROOM. This is not apartment living, this is an architecturally beautiful home inside and out built as condos with condo sound proofing both between units and the noisy streets outside. Our neighbors across the street complain of hearing street noise through their bathroom vents terminating at the street. Not here. You will never find an apartment like this in Falls Church. When the 2008 crisis erupted owners turned this from condos into apartments... The square footage and construction is far above what our neighbors have, and believe me I've done the research each year we have been here. The staff and maintenance has been above par with immediate resolution next day if not sooner to everything throughout the 5 years we have been here. There is a building engineer here on a Saturday troubleshooting our fridge on his day off. Deb from management made it happen as soon as I asked. I never considered a review before in 5 and a half years because there was never anything negative. It is sad that only the negative experiences are reported. My experience here is above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Deb and Pearson Square.
