Was calling around to get pricing on getting my air ducts cleaned. After a few questions, every other company gave me a price over the phone. When I called Peachtree I was told a rep would have to come out and give me a quote. They would be there in the afternoon and would call me an hour ahead. Got a phone call at 6:05 pm saying he could come tomorrow. I wasn't impressed and said that I had an appointment today that I wasn't interested. He said he had one stop not far away and would text when he was on his way. Noticed a text at 7:33, he arrived at 7:50. Wanted to look at my furnace which I gladly showed him. He said this looks new, I said I had replaced the whole system a number of years ago. Made a couple of comments on how it was installed then was done and we went back upstairs. My meter was already pegged when he proceeded to pitch my wife and me on some add-on units for my AC unit. Never looked at how many vents or returns I had then threw me a price out of $799 to clean the vents, double every other quote I received. Buyer beware, they have no interest in cleaning your air ducts, they are looking at selling you an AC system, what a scam!!!
