Today, I brought my two dogs here for a grooming. They badly hurt one of them, cutting two nails way too much. The dog has even bled.They didn't mention anything at all when we picked them up. My dog cannot walk properly now and keeps licking his paw (don't allow me to touch there). This is super painful!! How come this could happen in a place like this where they are supposed to care about your dogs... If you love your dog, DON'T BRING HIM/HER HERE!
Have been trying to call them for hours and they won't reply the phone calls...NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
