Block 28 is a 20 space surface located at 314 La Branch in Houston, Texas.Block 28 is reserved for a group of monthly parkers until 5:30 p.m. weekdays. During Minute Maid Park events such as Astros games, Block 28 becomes an event lot. There are no pay stations at this location so an attendant collects revenue and provides a park tickets.
