Custom-Designed T Shirt company ROLLER CULTURE was founded in1991 by Fine Artists and Graphic Designer Robert Scott as a reflection of the wildly popular roller-skating scene emerging at the time. After a successful ten year run based on the popularity of his high-quality printed original designs, the company was re-named ORIGINAL ROLLERS on the dawn of the new millennium. The company’s most sought after designs were branded “THE NEW YORK CITY ORIGINAL ROLLERS” , “SKATE JUNKIE”, and “EXTREME SKATER”. ORIGINAL ROLLERS is still considered the pioneering energy behind the Roller-Skating T-Shirt business. Additionally, over the years ORIGINAL ROLLERS has become the creating force behind some of current New York City based Roller Skating Clubs like ROLLING OUT ENTERTAINMENT, staging parties and a series of benefits– most recently “ROLLING FOR A CLAUSE: BREAST CANCER”—whose line of T-Shirts sold out. Remarkably, after 20 years of crafting original designs for a variety of skating activities and events, the majority of participants owns at least one of ORIGINAL ROLLERS designed vintage or newly produced T-SHIRTS! After reaching the 25 years milestone, ORIGINAL ROLLERS has now evolved into ORIGINAL ROLLERS DESIGNS. Keeping with the skate theme, ORIGINAL ROLLERS will now fall under the umbrella of ORIGINAL ROLLERS DESIGNS, Which will also include ROBSCOTTART(displaying Painting, Sculpture, Graphic Design and Wood works, all by Robert Scott), MUSICAL NOTES(T-shirts showcasing musicians, singers and artists with a famous quote of their, also creative musical theme), and THROWBACKS(T-shirts with vintage old school record labels designs).
