"PUTTING IT ALL ON THE LINE…
Hello, we are the Fosters, Michael and Shawna and talk about putting everything on the line! Who would have thought the end of everything and the beginning of everything was a pandemic? We had a choice when we were both laid off during the Coronavirus Pandemic, live off of our savings as long as we could and hope we had enough to get us by before we were called back to our jobs, or do what we had always talked about and finally start our pressure washing business. We had the skills, the knowledge, a great business model, but did we dare take the biggest, scariest and most exciting risk of our lives? With nothing to lose, we put everything on the line and took this chance. Out of the chaos, Northstar was born.
Why Choose Northstar?
We are a new business, but we offer a customer satisfaction model like no other cleaning service on the Treasure Coast with what we like to call, Northstar’s 12-Point Star Treatment. We provide all of our customers the highest property cleaning services possible. We strive to achieve complete and total customer satisfaction by following our 12-point star treatment model from the initial phone call to the final inspection. We are so confident that you’ll love our service that if you’re not happy with our work, we’ll make it right, or the service is free.
Getting It Right from The Start
Mike and I talked about how we would not be a company that would save money by taking short cuts, we would give back to our employees and community, that everything we did would be by the book as far as safety and training went. We are a fully licensed and insured company, we are proud members of our local Chambers of Commerce in Jensen Beach, and the Stuart Martin County Chamber of Commerce, we are also members of the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners (UAMCC), our staff is OSHA certified for Safety and we never ask for payment before the job is complete. As we grow, so will our services and staff. We will always ask for our customer’s feedback, good or bad, we will be grateful for the positive feedback and learn from the negative. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for our new company."
