Upon meeting Angela Sherrer at my house for property management, I was very excited to have her as my property manager. I told her I wanted to wait to have her manage my house until after I had a window replaced. She convinced me to allow her to manage it immediately, and she assured me she would oversee the installation for me. However, when it was time for the window install, she wanted to allow the tenants to oversee it. So, if the window wasn't installed correctly or if it had any imperfections, scratches or issues, the tenants were being forced to be responsible for catching this. This made me extremely upset to say the least. When I reminded Angela that she said she would oversee the install, she still refused to either have her or one of her maintenance people there. I contacted her manager about this but was ignored. Next thing you know, Angela says she is ending management with me after only 3 months. I then contacted North Points board members by email to let them know how poorly Angela had treated me and how she over promised and under delivered, but I was once again ignored. Shame on you Angela and North Point for the stress you caused me!

Very, Very disappointed with the service(s) that we have received in our first month of move-in. We are renting a home that wasn't ready for occupancy but they took out money anyway. Then once we moved in, our A/C didn't work, the water was off and as soon as we got it turned on (AFTER MOVE-IN because of Northpoint not having their business handled), the house started to flood INSIDE through the floors. This has been a HORRIBLE nightmare that we can't wake up from. We have stayed in hotels 50% of the time since we moved in. Our property manager, Benjamin Hales is FULL of EMPTY PROMISES with NO RESULTS. Maybe we are being treated this way because we are BLACK but at the end of the day, wrong is wrong!! Please be cautious when you can't speak directly to the landlord and ask for a complete home inspection report. We have been swindled out of $10k with NO ANSWERS!! There will be a lawsuit headed their way within a week!!
