HORRIFIC SERVICE! ***DO NOT COME HERE*** ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY***MONEY HUNGRY AND GREEDY***DISGRACEFUL!!!!!
I had brought my mothers loving sweet pet here who is not just a pet but a family member. Dr. Ashley Gallagher was TERRIBLE. Showed no compassion for my pet. Spoke to me like I was a child and like i didn't understand basic English, which is my primary language. It was extremely disrespectful. Never in my life has anyone ever spoke to me like that. But anyways, The tech (i believe her name was lilly) rushed me into the exam room and kept asking me questions which she barely gave me any time to answer. She was rushing me as if she didnt even want to be there. She just wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. Then she told me dr. gallagher will be in soon. I waited 30 minutes for that dr to come in to the room. She was rushing the exam too and basically acted like I knew absolutely nothing about the pet ive had for 8 years. Like i was a child. So disrespectful. Their pricing is even more horrific. They added on extra stuff like bloodwork that was never even discussed with me so I NEVER approved them getting her blood. When I went to pay the receptionist must of been new because she looked as if she was confused and I had 6 heads when i went to ask about certain charges. Her response "oh, thats awkward. Well the bloodwork is about $250" How can you work as a receptionist and not know a damn thing. No, I do not want you to tell met that the lab work is awkward. How is that professional? I wanted to take it off and not have them test her blood. Gallagher went behind my back without my consent to stick a needle into my sweet girl and drain some of her blood. I was NOT okay with that. Then this clueless dumbass of a receptionist smiled, pushed her glasses up off her nose and dismissed me by going right to her cell phone. You are working at the front desk, you're supposed to be the face of the company and you're going to play on your cell phone while I was not done asking questions or even speaking with this receptionist. She was the only one working the desk so shortly after I left I called the Vet office and I asked who I was speaking with and she said "Hannah" I was appalled how this so-called professional service is a SCAM. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!! They don't care about their clients or patients. They only care about how much money is your pockets. They treat you like you're a piece of garbage and show no compassion whatsoever to the pets that are brought there either. NEVER will i ever go back. I paid roughly $300 and something dollars to spoken down too as if I was a child or someone who couldn't grasp the concept of the simplest things by a Dr. and then to be completely dismissed by your receptionist while i am still in the middle of asking questions that i sincerely wanted answers to. I guess her cell phone was more important than the paying customer that is standing right in front of you.

Here's some free life advice...IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WORKING WITH ANIMALS OR PEOPLE THEN YOU SHOULD FIND A DIFFERENT PROFESSION BECAUSE THIS IS NOT IT WITH THE ATTITUDE YOU RECEIVE BRINGING YOUR BELOVED PETS IN. I could never trust you with my pets health ever again and I don't understand how you are still in business. I wish i read the reviews prior to coming in because 96% of the reviews are all TERRIBLE! People please, if you love your animal STAY VERY FAR AWAY!
