03/28/2023: I have never lived in a home with floors so unlevel! The joists in my home are uneven and I can literally feel the "hump" on the floors as I walk across the room. My second and third floors are all like this. I hired a second home inspector to confirm my findings. He was surprised on seeing floors this unlevel on a brand new home. I complained to the company but they pretty much told they aren't going to entertain my super wonky floors. The house looks pretty though. So if you like pretty homes with unsightly and unlevel floors, then Napolitano homes is perfect for you!
