i had been taking my cat here for care due to kidney disease she is very sick and they have refused to see her and said I should look for another veterinary. It started when I requested they provide me with documented statements of her treatment because I mentioned I needed to know what was going on. Blood work was not discussed to the extend where I understood. Regardless I begged them to keep seeing my sick kitty because they had been treating her here and they refused. When I walked into this business some employees were unfriendly towiards me. This experience has not been a positive or pleasant one and now I have to find another veterinary for my sick cat because it is obvious they don’t care. Please reconsider when thinking of bringing your animals here.

Every one of my four appointments has runs 20 minutes late before I see a vet. The Practice Manager Melanie is rude to customers, needs training on treating customers with kindness or just don't interact with public. The only standout great reason for ever going to this clinic is Dr. Joel Chatterson. He is so kind and gives such helpful information during & post visit.
