Beware the flat fee. I hired this company last year when a relay went out. They tried to charge me $100 for a $8 part. I called them out on it and they adjusted the price.
This year they called me for a service. I explained what had happened last year and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. When my AC went out earlier this month I gave them another chance....stupid! They charged me nearly $900 to replace the blower. I asked them for an itemized breakdown of parts and labor. They told me they don't offer a breakdown, they charge a "flat fee." Translated this means they overcharged me for the parts and don't want me to see the inflated price.
Needless to say I will NEVER use this company again and I recommend you don't either!
