Roach infested. Disgusting. Smells like roach feces especially on the first floor. Instead of eradicating the issue completely, they cover up holes in your apartment and then dismiss complaints that they are still there. I’ve had over $1,220 in losses from this nasty roach problem being so bad. They are shameless and the “property manager” Alyssa is dismissive in tenant complaints. My microwave was broken and it took them nearly 8 months to actually do something about it. My stove broke and they took about two months to come out and fix it. But they are quick to patch up old apartments for new tenants to live in. Save yourself and money and grief and go somewhere else.
