Scam artists!! Do not trust them. They kept my entire security deposit of $1700 for a unit that was perfectly clean. Residents around us harassed us (throwing bloody tampons on our car) and no one ever did anything. We were forced to move out. No one to talk to about it and they refused to give us any credit for prorating our rent even though we moved out on the 23rd of June. Horrible place to rent. Do not rent from them. Attached photos of move out conditions.
