Mike has been a certified fitness professional since 1983. His first commercial gym was the family operated Kens Nautilus Center. 1990, expanded to the Mineola Health Club. Mike has set the standard for Marine Barracks 8th and I st, Washington DC strength test for the Marine Gaurd details of the White House and Pentagon, Arlington Cemetary. Mike has competed in numerous powerlifting and collegiate varsity football events at Wagner College.
