My culinary experience started in 2013, working alongside Executive Chefs and Sue Chefs; creating elegantly styled dessert and fruit platters. During my time with them, I learned about true kitchen integrity, cleanliness, and efficiency. In 2023, my creativity sparked after taking a fruit platter to a friend's birthday party in Colorado Springs. After receiving compliments for my wonderful taste and presentation, the idea to begin my business venture blossomed, fueled by the encouragement and enthusiasm of those who savored my creation. Thus Miel was born!
