About a week before the end of June, I realized my A/C was barely cooling my home. I immediately checked online for a few technicians within the area and hired the one with the best price. He came by and checked the system then claimed we needed to replace some expensive part. I?m not much of a technical person, so the next morning I discussed it with a co-worker and he suggested Medpoint Ac, they had done some work at his home and he seemed quite pleased with their service. I was able to get an appointment for later that evening. Their tech diagnosed it as being low refrigerant. He got things back to normal within the hour. Just imagine if I didn?t get this 2nd opinion, I would have been swindled out of money and probably handed even more problems. I?m now a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend then to others!
