My kitchen sink clogged. I called the Miami rooter (thought it's the roto rooter) 305 902 4177 at 3p. They scheduled my house between 4 and 6 P. at 6:05 I asked for a status. They said they will call me back in 5 minutes. At 6:40 nothing happened and when I told them If they are not showing I would cancel the person on the phone was extremely happy and said that's fine. Not one word of apology. This is extremely bad customer service making me wonder how someone can runs a serious business this way. Experience, quality or value they didn't show up there is no "NA" in the options
