Metro Tan

I signed up for their one week package thinking it would be for 7 days. Went 2 days 3rd day came in and there was no one at the desk, doing a spray tan in back. No big deal I was burnt so a day off was okay. Although I got the elite pkg. and they said I would not burn. Came back the next day, Sunday, not open???? Came back the next day and it was Columbus/indiginess Day, not open?????? Came back the 7th calendar day and they said my membership was up and it would cost me money if I wanted to burn. I said what about the 2 days they were closed. Nope!!!!! So my $90+ elite pkg was actually only good for 5 days and - the one day I chose not to tan because they were in the back. MAJOR RIP OFF. I am going to be investigating who to contact in regards to fraudulent representation.
