Physical Therapists licensed in Idaho may treat patients without a physician’s order;
however, many insurance companies, specifically Medicare and Medicaid, require a referral for payment. It is a pleasure to file your primary and secondary insurance for you; we just need the right information. Please bring your insurance cards with you to your first appointment. Most plans provide benefits for physical therapy services, but please check your individual policy to confirm the percentages of payment or possible visit limitations. If you do not have insurance, we can set up a monthly payment plan for you.
We also treat Workman’s Compensation patients. We need to obtain preauthorization for physical therapy following your initial evaluation in physical therapy. Give us as much information as you can at the time you call for an appointment, and we will expedite this process. Your physician must file a report to your Workman’s Compensation carrier prior to being authorized for your complete physical therapy treatment plan.
